In Greek, Meraki means to do something with love, passion, and soul. This is Meraki Greek Grill's mission, which they deliver in SPADES.
Recently, I visited Meraki Greek Grill on Stephanie in Henderson. They have five convenient locations across the valley; you are never far from this fantastic local restaurant. Their open floor plan provides loads of natural lighting, creating an ideal environment for the living decor.
I had the Meraki Bowl with Quinoa, Chopped Romaine Hearts, Arugula, Tomato, Red Onion, Cucumber, Kalamata Olives, Marinated Garbanzo Beans, Feta, Red Radish, Pepperoncini, and Greek Vinaigrette, Served with Tzatziki (I subbed for Hummus).
I am giving Meraki Stars thanks to their flavor, fresh ingredients, and family feel.

Food For Thought
When I attended the Fresh 52 Farmers & Artisan Market on St. Rose and Paseo Verde on Sunday, I was pleasantly surprised by the number of quality vendors tucked away in the back corner of the parking lot. They had live music, ample shade to escape the sun, and various friendly and knowledgeable vendors.
I enjoyed conversations with Christian at 702Greens, Makenna at Pahrump Honey Company, and Miss Bubbles from Effervesce.
